أعلنت هيئة السلوك المالي البريطانية (FCA) عن دخول شركة الوساطة المالية ITI Capital Ltd في مرحلة الإدارة الخاصة اعتباراً من 25 سبتمبر 2026. وقد تم تعيين كل من دنكان بيرينغ ودايفيد سودين من شركة Teneo Financial Advisory كمشرفين إداريين خاصين لإدارة العملية. وكان Broker قد وافق سابقاً في أغسطس 2025 على التوقف عن ممارسة معظم الأنشطة التنظيمية داخل المملكة المتحدة وخارجها، مع الامتناع عن استقبال أموال جديدة من العملاء أو الأصول المودعة لحمايتهم.
UK financial regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), has announced that ITI Capital Ltd officially entered special administration on September 25, 2026. Duncan Perring and David Soden from Teneo Financial Advisory Ltd have been appointed as joint special administrators to oversee the firm's operations and asset resolution process. Prior to this, ITI Capital had agreed on August 10, 2025, to cease most regulated financial activities globally and stop onboarding new client funds or custody assets.
On 25 September 2026, ITI Capital Ltd (ITI Capital) entered special administration. Duncan Perring and David Soden, both of Teneo Financial Advisory Ltd (Teneo), were appointed as special administrators.
