UK financial regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), has announced that ITI Capital Ltd officially entered special administration on September 25, 2026. Duncan Perring and David Soden from Teneo Financial Advisory Ltd have been appointed as joint special administrators to oversee the firm's operations and asset resolution process. Prior to this, ITI Capital had agreed on August 10, 2025, to cease most regulated financial activities globally and stop onboarding new client funds or custody assets.
