أعلنت شركة أرمَاه الرياضية أن يوم 24 أغسطس هو اليوم الأخير المتاح للجمهور للاطلاع على مستند الانتقال الخاص بها. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان لرأس المال أنه سيتم تعليق تداول أسهمها في سوق نمو الموازي اعتباراً من 25 أغسطس ولمدة لا تتجاوز خمس جلسات تداول، للبدء في إجراءات الانتقال إلى السوق الرئيسية تاسي. وتأتي هذه الخطوة بعد الحصول على موافقة تداول السعودية على طلب الانتقال. وكانت شركة أرمَاه الرياضية قد أُدرجت في سوق نمو في نوفمبر 2023، ويبلغ رأس مالها الحالي 328.59 مليون ريال سعودي مقسم إلى أسهم بقيمة اسمية تبلغ 10 ريالات للسهم الواحد. تُعد عملية الانتقال إلى السوق الرئيسية خطوة إيجابية لتعزيز مستويات السيولة على أسهم الشركة وجذب قاعدة أوسع من المستثمرين المؤسسيين والأجانب في السعودية والخليج. وينبغي لمستثمري السوق السعودي متابعة استئناف التداول على السهم فور اكتمال الانتقال لتحديد مستويات التقييم الجديدة.
Armah Sports Co. announced that August 24 will mark the end of the public review period for its main market transition document. Following this deadline, trading in the company's shares on the Nomu-Parallel Market will be suspended starting August 25 for a maximum of five trading sessions as it finalizes procedures to transfer to the Saudi Exchange's Main Market (TASI).
This transition comes after Armah Sports received the official approval from Tadawul. The company, which initially debuted on Nomu in November 2023, maintains a capital of SAR 328.59 million divided into shares with a nominal value of SAR 10 per share.
