Armah Sports Co. announced that August 24 will mark the end of the public review period for its main market transition document. Following this deadline, trading in the company's shares on the Nomu-Parallel Market will be suspended starting August 25 for a maximum of five trading sessions as it finalizes procedures to transfer to the Saudi Exchange's Main Market (TASI).
This transition comes after Armah Sports received the official approval from Tadawul. The company, which initially debuted on Nomu in November 2023, maintains a capital of SAR 328.59 million divided into shares with a nominal value of SAR 10 per share. Moving to the main index represents a milestone in the firm's growth and corporate expansion strategy.
The transition to TASI is expected to enhance trading liquidity and increase the stock's visibility among institutional and foreign investors. Market participants will be watching how the equity performs once trading resumes on the main market, which could serve as a benchmark for other Nomu-listed companies aiming for main market listings.
