Negotiated deals are off-market block trades executed by agreement between buyers and sellers, adhering to Tadawul's regulatory controls without impacting the prevailing market price of the stocks involved. Major Saudi listed companies featured prominently in these private transactions, including Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB), Arab National Bank (ANB), and Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC). SAB saw a high-value transaction of SAR 45.21 million involving over 1.31 million shares, while ANB recorded a deal worth SAR 22.85 million for more than 1.02 million shares.
