The regulator confirmed that these domains, including m4-platform.com and investiumlimited.com, are not affiliated with any authorized entities under Cypriot financial laws. CySEC emphasized that several of these fraudulent platforms use domain names similar to legitimate, regulated brokerages to deceive retail investors. For instance, while Investium Limited is a legally licensed firm, its official domain is flexinvest.com rather than the flagged site. Operating outside the regulatory framework means investors using these illegal sites lack institutional protections and compensation fund access. Regulatory authorities continue to advise global retail traders to double-check official public registers before opening accounts or transferring funds to financial service providers. Market participants should remain vigilant against clone websites and unverified online trading brokers.
