Consumer spending in Saudi Arabia reached SAR 144.95 billion in July, marking an 8% year-on-year increase compared to SAR 134.51 billion recorded in July 2025. Data from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) shows that point-of-sale (POS) transactions rose by 7% to SAR 62.85 billion across 2.5 million terminals and over 1.096 billion transactions.
