‎Brent falls but heads for 8% weekly gain

Oil prices experienced a slight pullback during Friday's trading session, yet remained firmly on path for their largest weekly advance since mid-July. Brent crude slipped around 0.45% to $95.09 per barrel, while WTI crude dropped 0.65% to $90.71 per barrel. Despite the daily dip, benchmark crudes are heading for impressive weekly gains of nearly 8% for Brent and over 9% for WTI, fueled by intensifying geopolitical tensions and military developments between the United States and Iran, which raised fears of supply disruptions in the Middle East.
