أعلن حسين مسعود الدوسري، الرئيس التنفيذي السابق لشركة تهامة للإعلان والعلاقات العامة والتسويق، عمه اللجوء إلى الإجراءات القانونية والدفاع عن موقفه أمام الجهات القضائية والتنظيمية المختصة بخصوص الادعاءات الواردة في إعلان مجلس إدارة الشركة بشأن مخالفات مالية وإدارية. وأكد أن هذه الاتهامات مجرد ادعاءات لم يصدر بها أي حكم قضائي نهائي، مشيراً إلى أن فترة توليه منصبه شهدت تطبيق برنامج إعادة هيكلة شامل خفض المصاريف الرئيسية بنسبة 67% من 55.76 مليون ريال إلى 18.36 مليون ريال. وأوضح الدوسري أن إجراءات الهيكلة شملت معالجة أنشطة خسرت الشركة بسببها نحو 8 ملايين ريال سنوياً، حيث أسفرت تصفية شركة تهامة للتعليم عن تحقيق أرباح بقيمة 12 مليون ريال تقريباً، إلى جانب توقعات بتحقيق 16 مليون ريال من تصفية شركة تهامة للمكتبات الحديثة. كما اتهم مجلس الإدارة الحالي بعدم تمكينه من أداء مهامه وتجاوز بعض القرارات التي تخص مصالح المساهمين. تأتي هذه التطورات في وقت تتابع فيه الأوساط الاستثمارية في السوق السعودي مدى تأثير النزاعات القانونية والإدارية في الشركات المدرجة على استقرار أدائها المالي وتطبيقات الحوكمة، مما يستدعي مراقبة الإفصاحات الرسمية الصادرة عبر تداول للوقوف على التطورات القضائية وأثرها على أسهم الشركة.

Furthermore, Al-Dosari revealed that the restructuring process addressed annual loss-making operations worth approximately SAR 8 million and that liquidating Tihama Education generated nearly SAR 12 million in profit, with Tihama Modern Libraries expected to generate SAR 16 million upon final liquidation. He criticized the current board for impeding his duties and announced plans to submit documents to legal authorities to protect shareholder interests.
