أعلنت شركة التصنيع الوطنية (التصنيع) عن إتمام عملية بيع كامل حصتها في شركة الرواد للتطوير الصناعي لصالح شركة تحويل القابضة بقيمة إجمالية نهائية بلغت 683.979 مليون ريال سعودي، وذلك بعد تطبيق آلية تعديل المقابل النقدي النهائي عند الإغلاق مقارنة بالتقييم الإجمالي السابق البالغ 700 مليون ريال.
National Industrialization Co. (Tasnee) has officially completed the sale of its entire equity stake in Al-Rowad Industrial Transformation Co. to Tahweel Holding. The transaction closed with a final total consideration of SAR 683.979 million, following cash adjustments from the initial SAR 700 million enterprise valuation. All regulatory approvals, including non-objection clearance from Saudi Arabia's General Authority for Competition (GAC), have been met.
