Saudi Arabian Refineries Co. (SARCO) has announced that its subsidiary, Advanced Industrial Supplies Co., signed a commercial contract valued at SAR 12.87 million. Under the agreement, Advanced Industrial Supplies Co. will execute specialized works for the National Guard Housing Project located in Yanbu. SARCO maintains an effective controlling interest in the subsidiary via an 85% ownership stake through Masafi Ventures Co.
The project scope spans a duration of 12 months and focuses on the supply and installation of wooden doors for the housing complex. The contract execution has been subcontracted to Saudi Binladin Group, one of the region's largest construction conglomerates.
