أعلنت شركة البحر الأحمر العالمية عن موافقة مجلس إدارتها على استقالة الرئيس التنفيذي هاني باثمن اعتبارا من 28 أغسطس وذلك بعد انتهاء فترة الإشعار المتفق عليها. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان لنشرة تداول أن باثمن سيستمر في منصبه كعضو منتدب للشركة، حيث سيتولى الإشراف على الأولويات الاستراتيجية والمشاريع الرئيسية بالإضافة إلى خطة زيادة رأس المال. وفي الوقت نفسه، قرر مجلس الإدارة تعيين غسان نصيف رئيسا تنفيذياً جديداً للشركة اعتبارا من نفس التاريخ. ويمتلك نصيف خبرة مهنية وتمويلية تمتد لأكثر من 25 عاماً في مجالات المصرفية الشركات، الاستثمار، إعادة الهيكلة والتطوير المؤسسي، كما أسس سابقاً شركة جي إن إن للاستشارات المالية وهو حاصل على بكالوريوس الهندسة الكهربائية من جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعادن. تأتي هذه التغييرات الإدارية في وقت تسعى فيه الشركة إلى تعزيز عملياتها التشغيلية والمالية في السوق السعودي. ومن المتوقع أن تسهم خبرة نصيف التمويلية في دعم خطط البحر الأحمر العالمية للتوسع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تحسين رأس المال خلال المرحلة القادمة.
Red Sea International Co. announced that its board of directors approved the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Hani Baothman, effective August 28, following the completion of his notice period. Baothman will not leave the company entirely; he will continue in his role as Managing Director to oversee strategic initiatives, major projects, and the company's planned capital increase execution.
To fill the executive role, the board appointed Ghassan Nassief as the new CEO starting August 28. Nassief brings over 25 years of extensive professional experience in corporate banking, investment, debt restructuring, and business development. He previously founded GNN Financial Advisory and holds a degree in electrical engineering alongside specialized financial certifications.
