أعلنت شركة كومل عن تجديد اتفاقية التسهيلات الائتمانية المتوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية مع البنك الأهلي السعودي (SNB)، بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 55.62 مليون ريال سعودي. وتمتد فترة التمويل حتى 30 يونيو 2027، وستكون التسهيلات مضمونة بسند لأمر وحوالة حق لإيرادات المشاريع وفقاً لشروط الاتفاقية. تستهدف الشركة من هذا التمويل دعم رأس المال العامل وتمويل مشاريعها القائمة والمستقبلية. ويعكس تجديد التسهيلات ثقة البنوك السعودية في المركز المالي للشركة وقدرتها على الوفاء بالتزاماتها وإدارة تدفقاتها النقدية بشكل ممتاز. يُظهر هذا التطور متانة القطاع المصرفي في المملكة العربية السعودية وقدرته على دعم الشركات المدرجة في نمو أعمالها. ينبغي لمستثمري السوق المالي السعودي (تداول) متابعة الأثر المالي لهذه التسهيلات على نتائج الشركة الربعية القادمة.
