Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh) announced that its President and CEO, Othman Al-Ghamdi, has resigned from his position due to personal circumstances, effective August 31. However, Al-Ghamdi will maintain his seat as a member of the company's board of directors.
