طرحت وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان السعودية مشروع قواعد تنظيم الاستثمار في الأراضي البلدية عبر منصة "استطلاع" لاستطلاع آراء العموم، وذلك حتى 10 نوفمبر 2026. وتهدف هذه القواعد إلى وضع آليات واضحة للاستثمار في الأراضي البلدية مقابل تطويرها أو إنشاء وحدات سكنية لمستفيدي برنامج الإسكان التنموي، وتحديد أطر الطرح عبر المنافسات العامة بين المستثمرين.
