أعلن ستافروس إيكونوميديس، رئيس العمليات في شركة، عن مغادرته للشركة بعد قضائه ما يقرب من سبع سنوات في منصبه. وخلال فترة عمله، ساهم إيكونوميديس بشكل كبير في بناء البنية التحتية التكنولوجية للشركة وتعزيز علاقاتها مع العملاء وسُمعتها في سوق السيولة المؤسسية. ويمتلك إيكونوميديس خبرة واسعة في القطاع المالي، حيث شغل سابقاً مناصب قيادية في إدارة التداول لدى عدة شركات مثل و و وتعد من مزودي السيولة البارزين في سوق الصرف الأجنبي وعقود الفروقات، وتخضع لتنظيم هيئة الأوراق المالية والبورصات القبرصية وتأتي هذه التغييرات الإدارية في وقت تشهد فيه الشركة توسعاً تشغيلياً كبيراً، حيث قامت في وقت سابق من هذا العام بتعيين كريم هراس رئيساً لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، بالإضافة إلى إطلاق خدمات التداول على مدار 24 ساعة لمنتجات النفط والذهب والمؤشرات الأمريكية. بالنسبة للمستثمرين والشركات المالية في منطقة الخليج والشرق الأوسط، تعكس هذه التحركات استمرار المنافسة بين مزودي السيولة لجذب الوسطاء المحليين. ورغم مغادرة عنصر قيادي هام، يُتوقع أن تواصل تنفيذ خططها للتوسع الإقليمي وتعزيز عرض منتجاتها للعملاء في المنطقة.

Stavros Economides, Chief Operating Officer of Match-Prime Liquidity, has announced his departure from the company after nearly seven years. During his tenure, Economides played a pivotal role in developing Match-Prime's technology, client relationships, and institutional reputation in the liquidity space. Prior to Match-Prime, he built extensive industry experience holding senior dealing and trading roles at brokers including Q8 Trade, TeleTrade, Capital Index, and Markets.com.

Match-Prime, which operates under MTG Liquidity Ltd and is regulated by CySEC, provides forex and CFD liquidity to institutional clients. The leadership change comes at a time of active operational expansion for the company. Earlier this year, Match-Prime appointed Kareem Harras as Head of MENA to drive growth across the Middle East and North Africa, while also launching 24/7 trading access for popular CFDs including Gold, Silver, Crude Oil, and US stock indices.

While executive transitions can temporarily disrupt corporate workflows, Match-Prime's recent strategic hires and product additions position it to maintain its growth trajectory. Regional clients in the Middle East will continue watching how the liquidity provider executes its MENA expansion plan following this high-level leadership departure.

Stavros Economides has left Match-Prime Liquidity after almost seven years with the company, according to a LinkedIn post published today (Friday). He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, according to his LinkedIn profile. “When I joined, liquidity was a very different conversation than it is today,” Economides said. He described his time at Match-Prime as the most rewarding stretch of his career, citing his involvement in building its technology, client relationships and reputation.
