Christopher Woolcott has pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud and forgery at Westminster Magistrates’ Court following a criminal investigation by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Woolcott created a fictitious takeover bid for Touchstone Exploration Inc, an AIM and Toronto Stock Exchange-listed energy firm.
