أعلنت شركة لدن الاستثمارية أن يوم غدٍ الأحد، الموافق 25 أغسطس، هو اليوم الأخير المتاح للجمهور للاطلاع على مستند الانتقال الخارجي للشركة إلى السوق الرئيسية (تاسي). وعقب انتهاء هذه الفترة، ستعلق شركة تداول السعودية التداول على أسهم الشركة اعتباراً من 26 أغسطس لمدة لا تتجاوز خمسة أيام عمل لإكمال إجراءات الانتقال الفني والهيكلي. وكانت شركة لدن قد أدرجت أسهمها في السوق الموازية (نمو) خلال شهر يونيو من عام 2022، ويمبلغ رأس مالها الحالي 500 مليون ريال سعودي مقسم إلى 500 مليون سهم بقيمة اسمية تبلغ ريالاتً واحداً للسهم. وتأتي هذه الخطوة الهامة بعد الحصول على كافة الموافقة التنظيمية اللازمة من تداول السعودية للانتقال لتبدأ مرحلة جديدة من نموها. تعتبر خطوة الانتقال إلى السوق الرئيسية خطوة إيجابية لتعزيز السيولة على أسهم الشركة وجذب المزيد من الاستثمارات المؤسسية والصناديق الاستثمارية. وسيترقب المستثمرون إعادة تداول الأسهم على مؤشر تاسي لتقييم مستويات الإقبال والتقييم الجديد للشركة بين الشركات المدرجة في السوق السعودي.
Ladun Investment Company announced that the public review period for its Main Market transition document will conclude tomorrow, August 25. Following this milestone, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) will suspend trading in the company's shares starting August 26 for a period of up to five trading days to execute the formal transfer procedures from the Nomu-Parallel Market to TASI.
The company originally listed its shares on the Nomu market in June 2022 and currently holds a capital base of 500 million Saudi Riyals, divided into 500 million shares with a nominal value of 1 Riyal per share. The upcoming shift to TASI comes after acquiring full regulatory approvals from Tadawul, reflecting the firm's growth and compliance readiness for the main board.
For investors and market participants, the transition to TASI is expected to enhance liquidity and broaden institutional ownership for Ladun shares. Market observers will watch the stock's resumption of trading on the main index to gauge institutional appetite following the five-day trading halt.
