أعلنت شركة المملكة القابضة عن إتمام إستحواذها على حصة تبلغ 70% في شركة نادي الهلال من صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، وذلك بعد إستيفاء كافة الشروط والموافقات التنظيمية المطلوبة ودفع كامل قيمة الصفقة البالغة 840 مليون ريال سعودي. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان نُشر على موقع السوق المالية السعودية (تداول) أن الصفقة اكتملت وفقاً للاتفاقية الموقعة بين الطرفين، دون أي تكاليف إضافية أو تغيير في أرقام الصفقة المعلنة سابقاً. يأتي هذا الاستحواذ بعد حصول الشركة على موافقة الهيئة العامة للمنافسة وعدم وجود أي اعتراضات تنظيمية. يعكس هذا الاستحواذ النمو المستمر في إعادة هيكلة واستثمار القطاع الرياضي بالمملكة العربية السعودية، مما يفتح آفاقاً جديدة للشركات المدرجة في السوق السعودي للتوسع في أصول ترفيهية ورياضية ذات عوائد تجارية، وهو ما يدعم تطلعات رؤية السعودية 2030 وتنويع الاستثمارات في المنطقة.
Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) has officially completed its acquisition of a 70% stake in Al-Hilal Club Co. from the Public Investment Fund (PIF). The transaction was finalized for a total consideration of SAR 840 million after fulfilling all standard conditions and obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, including no-objection clearance from the General Authority for Competition.
In an official filing to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), Kingdom Holding confirmed that the full transaction value was paid to PIF without any additional financial costs or changes to the original terms agreed upon in April 2026. The clearance marks a major structural shift in the commercialization and governance of Saudi sports enterprise assets.
