Large-scale construction initiatives in capital infrastructure frequently drive demand in local real estate, commercial development, and building materials sectors.

Investors and market participants tracking the Saudi urban transformation will observe how capital expansion projects in northern Riyadh bolster local real estate valuations and construction activity over the long term, reinforcing government investment in national landmark projects.
