Jarvis Investment Management Limited has officially entered special administration as of October 14, 2026. Financial regulators have appointed Adam Stephens and Philip Hemming from S&W Partners LLP to serve as the special administrators. The London-based wealth management firm, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), had previously agreed to voluntary restrictions in September 2022 that limited its business activities without prior FCA approval.
On 14 October 2026, Jarvis Investment Management Limited (Jarvis Investment) entered special administration. Adam Stephens and Philip Hemming of S&W Partners LLP were appointed as special administrators.
Jarvis Investment (FRN 116413) is FCA authorised and regulated to provide wealth management services. On 16 September 2022, Jarvis Investment agreed to a voluntary requirement with the FCA, which restricted the activities it could undertake without FCA consent.
