أعلن مجلس الاحتياطي الفيدرالي الأمريكي عن موافقته الرسمية على الطلب المقدم من شركة Peoples Bancorp Inc. وتأتي هذه الموافقة ضمن إطار الصلاحيات التنظيمية للمجلس لإقرار التوسعات والاندماجات والهياكل المصرفية في الولايات المتحدة.

The Federal Reserve Board has officially announced its approval of the banking application submitted by Peoples Bancorp Inc. The approval allows the bank holding company to proceed with its corporate transaction or restructuring plans as submitted to the US central bank regulatory body.
