وافقت مجموعة CXM Group للتداول متعدد الأصول على الاستحواذ على شركة TD Markets ومقرها جوهانسبرغ. ورغم عدم الكشف عن التفاصيل المالية للصفقة، ستستمر TD Markets في الاحتفاظ بعلامتها التجارية وفريق إدارتها ورخصتها التنظيمية الصادرة عن هيئة سلوك القطاع المالي (FSCA) في جنوب أفريقيا.
CXM Group, a global multi-asset trading provider established in 2015, has agreed to acquire South Africa-headquartered broker TD Markets. Although financial terms were not disclosed, TD Markets will retain its brand, leadership team, and FSCA regulatory license. The company currently serves over 50,000 active retail traders across Africa, providing CXM with a solid regulated base in the region.
