أعلنت شركة دله للمهارات الصحية عن قرار مجلس إدارتها بتعيين متعب التقييس رئيساً تنفيذياً للشركة اعتباراً من 30 سبتمبر، وذلك بعد أن شغل المنصب بالإنابة منذ بداية الشهر. ويأتي هذا التعيين خلفاً للرئيس التنفيذي السابق أحمد باباخير الذي تقدم باستقالته في شهر أغسطس الماضي، وفقاً لبيان رسمي نُشر على موقع السوق المالية السعودية (تداول). يمتلك متعب التقييس خبرة مهنية وقيادية تمتد لأكثر من 15 عاماً في مجالات التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وإدارة المشاريع، والاستحواذ والاندماج. وكان قد شغل منصب رئيس إدارة الاستراتيجية في شركة دله الصحية منذ عام 2022، وقبلها مديراً عاماً للإدارة الاستراتيجية ومكتب إدارة المشاريع بين عامي 2017 و2022، وهو حاصل على مؤهلات علمية وتنفيذية من جامعة الملك سعود، وجامعة هيريوت وات، وجامعة هارفارد. تأتي هذه الخطوة لتعزز الاستقرار القيادي في الشركة ومواصلة تنفيذ خططها التوسعية في القطاع الصحي السعودي الذي يشهد نمواً متسارعاً. ويرقب المستثمرون في السوق السعودي مدى انعكاس هذه التغييرات الإدارية على الأداء المالي للشركة ومشاريعها الاستثمارية المستقبليّة في إطار رؤية السعودية 2030.
Dallah Healthcare Co. has officially appointed Muteab Altukeas as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 30, following a brief period where he served as the acting CEO. The decision was formally approved by the company's board of directors and announced in a disclosure on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul). Altukeas succeeds Ahmed Babaeer, who resigned from the chief executive role earlier in August.
Altukeas brings over 15 years of leadership experience to the executive role, having previously served as Dallah Health's Chief Strategy Officer since 2022 and General Manager of Strategy and Project Management from 2017 to 2022. He holds an educational background in civil engineering from King Saud University and project management from Heriot-Watt University, alongside executive qualifications from Harvard University and London Business School. His strong background in mergers and acquisitions is expected to support Dallah Health's future expansion plans.
The leadership confirmation provides operational continuity for Dallah Healthcare as it continues to navigate growth in Saudi Arabia's expanding healthcare sector. Investors will be watching how Altukeas executes the company's strategic pipeline and potential M&A activities, which remain a key driver for long-term equity valuation under Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
