وافق مجلس الوزراء السعودي رسمياً على إلغاء منصة المراسلات الحكومية "مراسلات"، إلى جانب إلغاء الفقرة (3) من البند (أولاً) من قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 456 المؤرخ في 24 ديسمبر 2024. وجاء هذا القرار بناءً على ما ورد من الديوان الملكي والمستند إلى خطاب وزير الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات بشأن الإغلاق النهائي للمنصة. ويتضمن القرار الوقف الدائم لمنصة "مراسلات" الحالية والبدء في إنشاء وتطوير "المنصة الوطنية للمراسلات الحكومية". وتهدف هذه الخطوة إلى رفع كفاءة التواصل الإداري بين الجهات الحكومية وتحديث البنية التحتية الرقمية للقطاع العام وفق أعلى المعايير التقنية المعمول بها. تأتي هذه التطورات في إطار التحول الرقمي المستمر الذي تشهده المملكة العربية السعودية ضمن رؤية 2030 لتحديث الخدمات الحكومية. ومن المتوقع أن تسهم المنصة الوطنية الجديدة في تسريع الإجراءات الإدارية وتحسين بيئة الأعمال والتكامل بين القطاعين العام والخاص في المملكة.
The Saudi Cabinet has officially approved the cancellation of the Murasalat platform, alongside the repeal of Paragraph 3 of Clause First of Cabinet Resolution No. 456, dated December 24, 2024. The legislative amendment follows a formal submission from the Royal Court referencing a letter from the Minister of Communications and Information Technology.
This administrative decision mandates the permanent suspension and closure of the Murasalat system. In its place, Saudi authorities are directing efforts toward the establishment and technical development of a new National Government Correspondence Platform designed to enhance administrative efficiency across state entities.
