أعلنت شركة أمانة للتأمين التعاوني المدرجة في السوق السعودية تداول عن تعيين شركة عودة كابيتال مستشاراً مالياً لإدارة عملية خفض رأس المال المقترحة. وكانت توصية مجلس إدارة الشركة قد اقترحت خفض رأس المال بنسبة 30% من 430 مليون ريال إلى 301 مليون ريال، وذلك بهدف هيكلة رأس المال وإطفاء 129 مليون ريال من الخسائر المتراكمة.
Amana Cooperative Insurance Co., a Tadawul-listed insurer in Saudi Arabia, has officially appointed Audi Capital as its financial advisor to manage its proposed capital reduction. The company's board of directors previously recommended a 30% reduction in share capital, cutting it from SAR 430 million to SAR 301 million. This measure is intended to restructure the balance sheet and offset SAR 129 million in accumulated losses.
Amana will announce when it submits the capital reduction application to the CMA Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. appointed Audi Capital as its financial advisor for its proposed capital reduction process, to handle all related regulatory procedures.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that it will announce the submission of the capital reduction application to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), as well as any material developments related to the process.
