أعلنت شركة المحافظة للتعليم عن بدء التشغيل الفعلي لمجمع مدارس مجتمع المعرفة الواقع في حي المونسية بمدينة الرياض. ويمتد المجمع التعليمي الجديد على مساحة إجمالية تصل إلى 12,000 متر مربع، وتبلغ طاقته الاستيعابية حوالي 3,400 طالب وطالبة. ويوفر المشروع خدمات تعليمية متكاملة تشمل المراحل المتقدمة من رياض الأطفال وحتى المرحلة الثانوية، مع تقديم مناهج تعليمية أمريكية ووطنية تلبية للطلب المتزايد على التعليم الأجنبي والمحلي. ويأتي هذا المشورع في إطار تنفيذ خطط الشركة التوسعية الهادفة إلى تنمية قاعدتها الطلابية وتعزيز حصتها السوقية في قطاع التعليم الخاص بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وأوضحت الشركة أن الأثر المالي الإيجابي للافتتاح سينعكس تدريجياً على أداء المالي ابتداءً من النصف الأول من السنة المالية التي تنتهي في 31 يوليو 2027، مما يعزز العوائد المستهدفة وفق رؤية الشركة الاستراتيجية. بالنسبة للمستثمرين في السوق السعودية، يعكس هذا التوسع قدرة الشركات المدرجة على النمو المستدام والاستفادة من الدعم الحكومي لقطاع التعليم ضمن رؤية 2023. وسيركز المستثمرون خلال المراحل القادمة على متابعة معدلات التسجيل والإشغال في المجمع الجديد لمعرفة مدى قدرته على توليد الإيرادات التشغيلية المتوقعة وتحسين هوامش الربحية للشركة.
