Webull Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has officially finalized its acquisition of a controlling stake in Pi Securities Public Company Limited, following formal authorization from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand. The regulatory approval paved the way for the transaction to close at the end of August 2026. Under the terms of the deal, Webull Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and Nasdaq-listed Webull Corporation acquired approximately 90.98% of Pi Securities from Country Group.
