Dar Albalad for Business Solutions Co. (DBS) has officially secured a Shariah-compliant credit facility valued at SAR 20 million from Emirates NBD Saudi Arabia. According to a regulatory filing on Tadawul, the facility agreement will remain active until June 30, 2027. The company confirmed that the funding is backed by a promissory note as collateral, with no related parties involved in the transaction.
The secured credit line is primarily designated to finance initial and final letters of guarantee, as well as to fulfill the ongoing working capital requirements of the business. Securing such flexible banking facilities enables the Saudi-listed entity to execute its operational obligations and back new contract commitments without straining its liquidity reserves.
From an investor standpoint, the agreement reflects growing bank confidence in local SME and business solution providers within the Kingdom. Moving forward, market participants will monitor how efficiently DBS utilizes this capital to drive top-line revenue growth and expand its contract backlog in Tadawul's Nomu market.
